Stop the spiral. Find your footing. Build resilience.
Rejection sensitivity can turn one comment, one look, or one unanswered text into hours—or days—of emotional overwhelm.
RSD Resilience provides education, practical tools, support, and connection for adults who experience rejection sensitivity and the people who love them.
Does This Feel Familiar?
When a small moment feels anything but small...
Maybe someone seems disappointed in you.
Your partner's tone sounds different.
Your boss gives you feedback.
A friend doesn't respond.
And before you know it, your mind is racing.
Did I do something wrong? Are they upset with me? Did I disappoint them? What if they don't want me anymore?
You may withdraw, overexplain, apologize, become defensive, people-please—or replay the interaction over and over trying to figure out what happened.
You're not looking for a way to never feel rejection again. You're looking for a better way through it.
What’s Happening Inside the Spiral
Trigger → Emotional Surge → Story Building → Protective Behaviors → Recovery or Prolonged Shutdown
When you can recognize where you are in the spiral, you can begin learning what helps you interrupt it.
What if you could learn to recognize the spiral sooner?
Imagine noticing what's happening before the story in your head feels like an unquestionable fact.
Imagine having something to do when the emotional surge hits besides reacting, shutting down, or trying desperately to make the uncomfortable feeling disappear.
Imagine recovering from difficult moments more quickly instead of losing the rest of your day to them.
And imagine being able to stay connected to yourself—even when you're unsure how someone else feels about you.
That is what we're working toward at RSD Resilience.
Not perfection.
Not never feeling rejected.
Not "mastering" your emotions.
Resilience.
The ability to experience difficult emotions, understand what's happening, use practical skills, and find your way back to yourself.
RSD Resilience is a supportive learning community designed to help adults with rejection sensitivity understand their patterns, recover from emotional spirals, strengthen their relationships, and build practical skills for navigating rejection, criticism, conflict, and uncertainty.
You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone.

Stop the Spiral
Learn what happens during a rejection sensitivity spiral—and what you can begin doing differently.
October 17, 2026 11:00 a.m. CST
If you've ever thought...
"I know I'm overthinking this, but I can't make my brain stop."
"Why does criticism affect me so much?"
"Why do I react first and regret it later?"
"Why do I immediately assume someone is upset with me?"
...this webinar was created for you.
During Stop the Spiral, we'll explore what happens between the moment you perceive rejection and the behaviors that often follow.
You'll learn how to recognize your own RSD spiral and begin using the RSD Resilience framework to create space between what you feel and what you do next.
Introducing RSD Resilience Membership
Understanding the spiral is the beginning. Learning to navigate it takes practice.
You can understand exactly why you reacted the way you did yesterday—and still struggle when another trigger happens tomorrow.
That's why RSD Resilience isn't built around a single moment of insight.
It's designed around ongoing learning, practice, support, and connection.
Inside the RSD Resilience Membership, you'll have opportunities to deepen your understanding of rejection sensitivity, learn practical skills, ask questions, practice new responses, and connect with people who understand the experience.
We'll work on things like:
Recognizing triggers and patterns
Navigating the emotional surge
Slowing down the stories your mind creates
Rumination and overthinking
Reassurance seeking
People-pleasing and self-erasure
Defensiveness and withdrawal
Communication during emotional moments
Boundaries
Relationships and RSD
Repairing after difficult interactions
Recovering from rejection spirals
Building resilience over time
This isn't about becoming someone who never feels rejected.
It's about becoming better equipped to decide what happens next.
Hi, I’m Molly.
I understand RSD from more than one perspective.
I'm a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with years of experience helping people understand mental health, emotions, relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives.
But my interest in rejection sensitivity isn't only professional.
I understand what it's like when rejection doesn't simply hurt—it feels consuming.
I know how quickly an interaction can become a story, how convincing that story can feel in the moment, and how difficult it can be to respond intentionally when your emotions are telling you that something important is at risk.
RSD Resilience grew from my desire to create the kind of resource I believe people experiencing rejection sensitivity need:
Not another place telling you that you're "too sensitive."
Not a promise that you'll never struggle with rejection again.
And not a space where you have to hide your reactions because you're afraid someone will judge you for them.
Instead, I wanted to create a place for understanding, practical skills, compassionate support, and connection.
Rejection may still hurt.
But it doesn't have to decide what happens next.
You can learn to recognize the spiral.
You can learn to slow down the story.
You can learn skills that help you respond instead of simply react.
And when you do spiral, you can learn how to find your way back sooner—with less shame about having struggled in the first place.
You don't have to become fearless about rejection.
You can become more resilient in the face of it.

Your Journey Starts Here
If you've spent years wondering why rejection hurts so deeply, why criticism lingers for days, or why emotional spirals seem impossible to stop, you're in the right place.
The fact that you're here means you're already taking the first step.
Understanding.
And understanding is where healing begins.
You are not too sensitive. You are not broken. There is a path forward.
