Wondering if RSD Resilience is Right For You?
-
RSD Resilience is designed for adults who experience intense emotional reactions to rejection, criticism, disappointment, perceived disapproval, or disconnection.
You may find yourself replaying conversations, assuming you've upset someone, withdrawing, people-pleasing, becoming defensive, seeking reassurance, or struggling to recover after something feels rejecting.
You don't need a formal diagnosis or even be completely sure that “RSD” describes your experience. If rejection sensitivity and emotional spirals are affecting your relationships, confidence, work, or everyday life, RSD Resilience was created to help you better understand those patterns and develop practical ways to navigate them.
-
Your RSD Resilience membership gives you ongoing access to education, practical tools, live support, and community.
Your membership includes the RSD Foundations library, the RSD Resilience Framework and RESET process, practical worksheets and recovery tools, a new RSD-focused training each month, live support and Q&A sessions with Molly, access to session replays when available, the Ask Molly space, and our private member community.
New trainings and resources will continue to be added as the membership grows, so your resource library will grow with you.
-
Not at all. Participation is always your choice.
You’re welcome to ask questions, join discussions, attend live sessions, and share your experiences—but you’re equally welcome to simply listen, learn, and use the resources privately.
RSD Resilience is intentionally designed to be a low-pressure environment. You never have to introduce yourself, speak during a live session, share personal experiences, or participate more than feels comfortable.
There is no “right” way to be a member here.
-
That’s okay. You don’t have to attend every live session to benefit from RSD Resilience.
When appropriate, live support and Q&A sessions will be recorded and added to the member library so you can watch them later.
You can also use the Ask Molly space to submit RSD-related questions between sessions. Your question may be answered in the community or used as a topic for a future Q&A or training.
The membership is designed to fit into your life—not become another obligation you have to keep up with.
-
No. RSD Resilience is an educational and supportive membership, not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, or crisis care.
Although RSD Resilience is created and facilitated by Molly Millsaps, PMHNP, joining the membership does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. I won't provide individualized diagnosis, medication recommendations, or personal treatment plans through the membership.
Instead, RSD Resilience provides education, practical skills and resources, group learning, and community support to help you better understand and navigate rejection sensitivity.
If you need individualized mental health or medical care, I encourage you to work with an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
-
Yes. You can cancel your RSD Resilience membership at any time.
Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, and you won't be charged again after cancellation.
Because members receive immediate access to the educational library, tools, resources, and community, payments already made are non-refundable and we don't provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods, except where required by law.
There is no long-term commitment.
You Don’t Have to Keep Navigating This Alone.
Rejection sensitivity may still show up—but you can learn to recognize what’s happening, understand your patterns, respond differently, and recover with greater steadiness and self-compassion.
RSD Resilience gives you a place to keep learning, practicing, asking questions, and connecting with people who understand.
You don’t have to have it all figured out before you join. You can start exactly where you are.
